The generosity of sponsors through financial and in-kind contributions permits the Potomac Valley Aquarium Society to host the All-Aquarium Catfish Convention, invite hundreds of fish enthusiasts from around the world, and keep our hobby alive. Corporate and private sponsorships are welcome on a variety of giving-levels.

We offer sponsorships for:

• Speakers - $200 per speaker or $1,000 for the whole panel
• Fish Show
• Best of Catfish Show - $150
• Reserve of Catfish Show - $100
• Best of All Freshwater Species Show - $150
• Reserve of All Freshwater Species Show - $100
• Best of Class - $60 per class
• The All-Day Auction on Sunday of the convention. - $500 (Can be split)
• Hospitality Suite:
  • General sponsorship during convention hours (light snacks, soda and water) - $300
  • Thursday, Friday and Saturday - $100 per day
• Convention program ad space - $25 business card size, $50 half page, $80 full page

Sponsors are listed on the convention website, in the convention program, and in the electronic PVAS magazine, special AACC12 edition. All sponsors are recognized at the Banquet. The sponsor of the All-Day Auction on Sunday will be mentioned throughout the event.

Additional recognition is provided for speaker sponsors with announcements before each speaker's presentation. Sponsor's of special rooms (i.e. fish showroom, hospitality suite, Friday night Fish Suite, club rooms, etc.) are recognized in those locales and on those web pages of the convention website. Room sponsors may display banners and information on their organization in high-traffic areas of the convention, and in their respective sponsored rooms.
