Mail–in registrations have concluded as of October 4th.

Online registrations for meals absolutely must be completed by midnight, Sunday October 15, 2012. After that date, we cannot guarantee there will be meals available for the Friday night dinner buffet, Saturday noon lunch buffet, or the Saturday night Banquet dinner. The Hyatt hotel has asked us to provide them with an accurate head count for all meals 72 hours before the convention.

Last minute requests should be emailed to register@catfishcon.com ASAP.

Registration for just the convention and speaker talks may still be done at the door any day during the event at the Registration Table area at the All-Aquarium Catfish Convention.

The Convention Package includes admission to Speakers, Friday Night Dinner, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Banquet, and Pizza Lunch Sunday. Items are also available a la carte:

  • Registration Fee for Speakers: $45. Required for admission to all convention activities except fish show, vendor rooms, and auction on Sunday.
  • Friday evening Dinner: $34 each
  • Lunch on Saturday: $28 each
  • Saturday evening Banquet: $48 each
  • Pizza lunch during Sunday Auction: $12 each
  • Field Trips: Air & Space Museaum, Mount Vernon, and
    Rivanna River Collecting (Sold Out).
  • T-shirts; $10 – 20 each

Registration Payment Options: Check, cash, or Paypal.

Deadlines:

Early registration by Paypal ends Oct. 4th.

All mail-in payments must be posted by Oct. 4th. Reservations postmarked after that date may not be honored.

No reservations for meals will be accepted after Oct. 4th.

Paypal payments for Registration Fee Only are accepted until Oct 11.

Walk-in registration fee is $45 for the convention. Please check the Event Schedule.
